- 1989-1992: actuarial consultant for pension schemes, terminated by the birth of the first son
- 1992: start to work as office manager in my veterinary practice
- 1997: foundation of the company Avifood Dipl. Stat. (Univ.) Monika Janeczek e. K. with the aim of offering high quality food and related products for parrots and parakeets as well as to offer a service for their owners and breeders
- 2004: foundation of the AVIJAN OHG: distribution of Harrison’s Pet Products outside of Germany
- 2016: Taking over the accounting for the veterinary practice, as well as for the companies Avifood e.K, Avijan OHG and Parrot Breeder Service OHG.
